What documents should I bring?
You must be over 18 and the owner of the gold. Bring the original purchase invoice if you have it. If you do not have the invoice, bring any two documents that together show your photo ID and current residential address — for example Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, driving licence, voter ID, ration card, bank passbook or statement, electricity or telephone bill, or property documents. KYC is verified with these documents.
How is my gold valuation calculated?
Valuation depends on the purity of your gold, its net gold weight (after excluding stones, wax or other non-gold parts), the prevailing gold rate on the day, and any applicable deductions. Our team checks the purity using a gold testing machine and explains how the figure was reached before you decide anything.
How does pledged-gold release work?
If your gold is pledged with a bank, pawnbroker, NBFC or other lender, we can help release it. The outstanding loan amount along with interest is settled with the lender by bank transfer, the released gold is then tested and valued, and the remaining value is paid to you. Our team explains each step for your specific lender before you proceed.
